‘In my view, abstract photography is a challenge to define. Although it is still a photograph, through choice of composition and intention, it reduces the literal to an image which conveys a mood and emotion with a sense of mystery and intrigue. It all comes down to my view of what I find interesting or beautiful - the observation of reality to extract the unusual.'
